Talking of stalking, me thinks Chris is perhaps being unwise putting so much stuff on his website that would make it relatively easy to track him down to a small area of LA... if anyone really wanted to stalk him, he's making it easy for them!

Yeah, me was thinking the same thing when I saw the post with the mural. But as he takes 3 hour walks, saying it's near his house is still relative. We could probably track him down though ... lets hope he doesn't have stalkers that live close by.

I found out where you have to call to actually order a copy of Silent DNA!!!!!! Larissa Fan, Educational Development and Outreach, at edu@cfmdc.org or 416.588.0725 but canadian filmmakers distribution centre is currently working on a new solution to take online orders so I think I'm gonna wait a couple week, and then call if nothing changed on the website! update: OMC it's expensive... since it's not distributed anywhere those are usually sold to library or museum.... price is 350$....

Hey Gang,
Over the last two days I have been reading through the "News Of Chris" thread.
It has answerd several questions that I, a recent discoverer of CWC, but there are two things that jumped out at me.
"All your dreams are dead"
After watching several of the later episodes, it was logical to think that this phrase evolved out of the cute downs. But there were some really early eps found through this thread where he just used the phrase with no apparent tie in to anything. Does anyone know the true origin of the phrase?
Who is Tanya (Tonya?) ?
I have viewed every ep I have been able to find, and have not seen the origin of "Suck it Tanya". Anyone?
Some other random thoughts.
One thing that cleared up questions about the ep where Colty drives over "Asshole" the new plastic horse was finding on this thread the episode where Chirs introduces the new horse to Colty. It was also very funny.
I watched the Panda ep before, but didn't pick up on the voice of Colty and the possible identity of the person who owns it. I think this theory has merit.

I'm afraid I can't shed any light on your questions, and I doubt anyone except maybe Chelsey (buggy_ju) can. She's seen all the eps from the beginning apparently so I'll try to remember to send her here to see if she knows. I wonder who tonya is... and whether she knows her name has been immortalised in such a way...

Hey buggy_ju,
Could be, and there were definitely some who thought so from the comments on the cute down, but I didn't read it that way.
When Chris first pulled out the new horse and Colty said "Suck it Tonya" it was as if she was saying any one of her stock phrases.
During the rest of the vid, Tonya is never mentioned again and the conversation ends with Chris saying he's not going to name the new horse Asshole. He doesn't mention that it's name is already Tonya.
Well, one way to be sure is to find an earlier ep where Colty says "Suck it Tonya (or Tanya)."
Yes. I do have way too much free time.

In the ep where Colty is driving, Chris refers to the new horse as "that cute little horse". Then he asks Colty "What's her name agian?" and of course she tells him "Asshole".
