Okay at the Q&A after story hour here is what I can remember.
He finished and then he came back to the front of the stage and said he got yelled at last time for not doing a Q&A session after the story time. This clearly took us all by surprise cause we were all silent when he said "does anyone have any questions?" ha ha. But then one person managed to get over it and ask a question. here are the questions and answers as best as I can remember them.
Besides CWC and Story Hour what is your favoitie work you have done?
He said he just shot 2 pilots for tv shows. I do not remember the first one at all, but he said it didn't get picked up. The second one he said he plays a guidance councilor in a high school where all the students are zombies. They are waiting to hear on that one. He also said the loved Slings and Arrows.
I asked how he managed to keep making the videos and spending all the time on it during the early months when view ship was so low? He said he was very driven and it was just something he really wanted to do. He talked about how lucky he was that the market was just at the right time and youtube was fairly new. Youtube put him up on the front page and that is what made him take off.
Someone else asked what advice do you have for others starting in the internet world? He said, don't start too big. He said he originaly had this whole cute with chris website that he had to pay someone to build and maintain for him, but when he found the blogging way to do it because much more simple. Just keep it small and simple to start with, don't start too big.
When did you start writing? He said he started when he was a kid and most of the work he has been reading is older stuff and that is why he has needed to take time away from CWC, because the writing takes a lot of time.
I am certain there were more, but that is all I can remember.
